"Not the quality I expected as a Baymont Hotel room, this was a painted over Jameson Inn. We tried three rooms, all were unsat due to musty odor, dirty ventilation, dirty carpet, bad smell. Pet friendly to me does not mean all rooms are used by pets. Orbitz reservation stated "local management may not allow change" to reservation. Hotel was substandard and we deserved to change reservation for that reason, but manager explained Orbitz controls the reservation policy, they did not have any financial information or ability to refund the reservation. I will not be using Orbitz ever again for that reason. I was faced with choice of staying in an unsatisfactory room in a mis-represented hotel or forfeiting a 4-night reservation charge."
