"The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The outdoor shower was such a cool experience. The food is very good. The spa was a very relaxing experience with an excellent view. The staff were great! Everyone was friendly and super helpful throughout my stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at the resort! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered great amenities. The food was very good, and there was plenty to enjoy throughout our stay. We did have to switch rooms initially because our first room did not have a refrigerator, but the issue was addressed. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the overall experience even better. Be prepared to walk up and down hills. They however shuttles with a wait if there is not on available immediately. Beautiful views of the sunset and mountains. The resort is does not have the normal shows and extreme entertainment like some places we have been. Very laid back and family friendly. Despite the minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning!"

"I really enjoyed staying here, the location was great (I purposely stayed in this location as my main goal was to snorkel). The free breakfast was great, the staff were amazing, helped me coordinate multiple things. The prices at the bar and restaraunt are high (high compared to the north side of the island, but low/average for this part of the island), the food I ordered outside of breakfast was just OK. The pools were nice, I got a plunge pool which was great and larger than others I have seen at other hotels. The security is great, they keep track of all guests leaving and my cab driver told me- if you don't come back they call the police. I drove but also needed a taxi for certain things (such as Anse Castanet ) because roads were sketchy. The reason I did not give this 5 stars, is the room quality could have been better, the room was full of bugs (it's in a rainforest, I knew the property had bugs, but the room being full of bugs was preventable with a little maintenance on the room). By the time my 5 days were up, I was really looking forward to leaving as I had a layer of bugs over all my belongings and felt really gross due to that. I woke up one morning and my makeup bag was covered in bugs, all my brushes had bugs, once I got to my new hotel up north at Gros Islet I washed all my brushes..."

"We booked 2 nights bed at breakfast. We saw some reviews that said not to stay by the pool because the local bars can be noisy. That’s what we experienced - but we explained that the balcony door did not fit properly and were moved for our second night to the garden side of hotel. We had a great night’s sleep without disturbance. WiFi was temperamental/poor - we were told that was an operator issue, so I don’t know if this is ongoing. The pool, rooms and breakfast are all good. However, breakfast was under understaffed on the Saturday we were there, and the food stations ran out, but good quality when they were replenished. There’s a long sandy beach 7 minutes’ walk away which is a let down by hoardings for a large derelict hotel plot (the hoardings themselves are good quality) - this means the beach is not used much so almost private where we were there, which was excellent. Because this is Rodney Bay, you have great views of Pigeon Island, with plenty of choice in food locally (and bars into the night if that’s your thing). Make sure you are not in room 220 (unless Michael fixed the gap in the left-hand balcony door), and this is a good value stay in happening area of St Lucia. And if you're in the area, then try Sandy Hoofs -we had a great 2 hour private horseriding trek that included bareback in the surf - a memory of a lifetime. Ask for Kerri or Josh."

"Facility was fantastic, obviously not a cheap place to stay. Shuttle vans take your throughout the resort, for the most part are timely. Included breakfast buffet was good, not exceptional. Stayed in Luxury Villa 304 which had a ocean view and gorgeous, but FYI was not private as Villa 302 was next door and we could see onto each other's patio."

"We had a great time. A special shout out to Debbie from the restaurant, Chef Deonn, Chef Michael. Emani at the front desk, Wendy who works in the kitchen, Mary D, Gania from the restaurant. Those employees truly went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay a memorable. My only concern was the number of mosquitos in the kids water park area. This needs to be addressed at the soonest."
