    In this beautifully situated residential complex in Hua Hin (Khao Tao) you will find modern designer houses in the middle of an idyllic landscape and yet only a few minutes' walk from the nearest amenities.

    These functional and well thought-out houses with around 165 m² of living/usable space are built in so-called "semi-detached" terraced construction and are therefore not completely connected to each other, but mainly separated from the neighbouring house by a green strip. The ground floor with its large covered, shady terrace has a spacious living/dining room, kitchen, guest WC and a storage room as well as a small loggia behind the house, ideal for drying laundry. To the side of the house is a small garden with a seating area where 4 to 6 people can enjoy breakfast and other meals outdoors. Tall banana trees and shrubs provide shade even at lunchtime. In addition to two bedrooms and two spacious daylight bathrooms, the spacious rooms on the upper floor have an additional children's or study room with a folding sofa on which 2 children up to the age of 12 can make themselves comfortable. As soon as you wake up in the morning, a dreamlike view from the window of the idyllic hilly landscape and the surrounding pineapple fields will have a positive influence on your entire daily routine. Thai kings have always known where it is good and pleasant to live. A constant breeze from the nearby sea brings coolness and refreshment over the nearby hills. The famous Hat Sai Noi Beach with its fine sandy beaches is only around 2000 metres away as the crow flies and can be reached in just a few minutes by car, motorbike or bicycle if you don't want to use the resort's beautifully designed communal pool. Professional massages and Ayurveda treatments under Swiss management are also just a few minutes away, as are numerous Asian and international restaurants of all quality levels. Many smaller shops and a regular bus service to the centre of Hua Hin are virtually "around the corner" and a taxi or motorbike service can be arranged at any time - also for errands of all kinds. The newly built branch of the world-famous Bangkok Hospital can also be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
