    Perfect for families relocating or traveling professionals. This cheerful, designer furnished 3BR ranch home features all-new furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TVs, and fenced backyard with patio.

    Half a block to a newly renovated park with playground, tennis, and bike trail.

    Centrally located near Prairie Village Shops, the Plaza, and area hospitals. Utilities, Wi-Fi, and yard care included—just bring your suitcase!

    1,100 sq ft ranch house. Featuring 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with King beds and 1 room with 2 twins.

    Air mattress available to sleep 2 additional people.

    Hall bathroom with bathtub & shower and an additional private 1/2 bath connected to one of the king bedrooms.

    Large, fenced in backyard with patio.

    House is a 2 minute walk (1/2 a block) to a newly renovated park with tennis courts, bike path, play structures for all ages. Great for toddlers as well. Sand pit for kids to dig and open area to run.
