The rental include:



• Daily buffet breakfast includes: bread, butter, jam, Nutella, hot croissants,

coffee and espresso, various fruit juices and orange juice fresh

• Cleaning during the week 5 hours a day (8:00 a.m. to 13:00 a.m.) during that

time the maid prepares breakfast too.

• Water, air conditioning and heating, electricity, wireless connection throughout

the hotel

• Hair dryer (in each bathroom)

• LCD screen, telephone, satellite TV (in each bedroom and living room)

CANCELLATION POLICY:



- For cancellation before 30 days of arrival, the refund is total.



- For cancellation between 30 days and the day of arrival, the total amount is non-refundable but the stay can be postponed to another date, subject to the availability of that villa. For once.
