We booked this hotel without realizing there was no Air Conditioning. With the heat wave we barely slept. Our room was on the main road. With the windows open (and still extremely hot in the room) we had loud drunk people outside our window extremely late. People would also smoke and the smell would rise into our room. We were charged for two beers that never existed in our fridge. I recommend taking a picture of your mini bar upon arrival. The WiFi also did not work well enough to use. We ended up using our data for the trip. Another thing to note is the beds are EXTREMELY hard. I was so glad to move onto our next hotel. My boyfriend and I debated eating the costs and finding another hotel, but decided to stay for the hassle of moving everything. It left us exhausted. The breakfast and office are actually located in an another hotel up the hill, there are no staff on sight at the actual hotel you stay in. The staff at the other hotel was friendly and helped as much as they were able to.

Perfect location, close to Charles Bridge and old town. Tramps run in front of property. Apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Owner is very help and answers questions promptly.
