"When I first booked the holiday I thought there has to be a catch such a beautiful looking villa, the price was extremely good.I had 1 concern when I booked it after looking at the pictures and that was the pool looked small but I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the pool the picture does it not justice, and the set temperature of that pool was perfect.Peter is such a good host any problems/questions a quick message and he was fast to respond exceptional service couldn't fault anything from point of booking to leaving5* amd more if it was a option.Location 5* as well seafront with a nice gentle breeze throughout the day Amazing, amazing and amazingThank you Peter"

"Lovely, modern villa with large pool in split level garden. Spotlessly clean. Great communication with owner. We were also fortunate to stay at another of the owner's properties in Caleta de Fuste. Would highly recommend Villa Tropicana also. Every convenience, roof terrace, pool etc."

"Villa was lovely and big with air conditioning in all bedrooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and clean. All kitchen essentials are there and sun creams and inflatables were there so no need to take. Swimming pool and hot tub was amazing but garden furniture is rusty and old so couldn't relax outside with meal. Needs updating. Has a pool table and ping pong but there was no Xbox like in description. Quite far out so we used scooters a lot and roads and pavements leading to villa are run down. Games room has Netflix but living room has no English TV so take a fire stick. Thank you for a lovely weeks holiday."

"Fantastic resort due to having 4 pools and direct beach access to 3 swimming lagoons with white sand beach , good food choices , now 20 years old tho. Mini golf course was nearly unplayable due to leaves and stones . Having 4 pools is brilliant , love the large saltwater one. Wok and Zen menu is too limited . Plenty of things too do. Just needs a refurb to bring it back to true 5 star status ."

"Lovely villa overall in a lovely safe neighbourhood. Far enough away to chill but easy to get into Caleta and you could drive, walk or a taxi was about 5 each way to the centre. Atlántico was good too.Most things are great but reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was it needs a few updates. Some loungers don’t have cushions and are uncomfortable, and there was no shade really - which wasn’t too bad in April but could be in full summer. A few other bits were worn and tired. That saying the pool heating was perfect! We have a few promises in the past of a decent temperature for the pool and they have been too cold but this was perfect and fully needed too with the wind and cloudy conditions. Meant we could still enjoy it most of our stay. So that’s a huge positive. As I say there were no major issues and the property manager and owner were helpful and had good communication. But would want a few tweaks made for us to return. But we might consider it in the future. Oh and the photos do no justice of the view. It’s simply stunning! "

"We have stayed in the area before and it suits us perfectly. Apartment was spotless and everything worked perfectly, beds were very comfortable with plenty of linen and blankets ( not used as the weather was very warm). Excellent commutations from our host and a small issue was very quickly sorted, overall we had a great time and are looking forward to returning "

"The villa was so lovely and perfect for us, we had the best time! It came really well equipped! We would definitely love to come back. Town was a 5 minute taxi away, they came very quickly and only cost 3 or so. Lovely restaurants and beaches nearby. We loved it, thank you! "
