The hotel was well located for the old town centre . All staff were courteous and helpful in particular the cleaning staff and reception. The whole hotel was spotless and smelt clean and fresh . Well appointed rooms .

Overall our stay was very nice! The location is great and the team was super helpful! I will say that the bars around them make it loudish at night so if you are light sleep may want to ask to have a room away from the street. Overall my husband and I had a great and would stay here again.

Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Hotel was in a nice area with good access to the market square. Our room was a bit noisy at night as near bars and nightclubs. My only comment for area of improvement would be to have sheets that fit the bed and better pillows. All in all though a great place to stay. Thank you.

The room was excellent, a good size, v clean, comfortable beds and electronically operated black out blinds were a real bonus. Staff were always polite, helpful and friendly, the breakfast was tasty and good value and the general upkeep of the hotel was great. V central location to the town sq too. Highly recommend.

Beautiful old building with character, very good value fur money. Cellar restaurant and bar - amazing. Lovely cafe. We chose breakfast there each day as got 15% off- delicious. Very central to old square. Would highly recommend. Only minor problem was night noise from nearby clubs but with the aircon on, windows and shutters closed, earplugs ( privided), it was fine.

Very nice. Staff really helpful. Beautiful location However it is very near Poznan's nightlife and there was a lot of noise during the night - people shouting in the street and persistent racket from the club on the street playing bass-heavy music. I would certainly stay again, but would bring earplugs and pray for double (or triple) glazing!

This Hotel is in the perfect position and the staff are amazing. It has old world charm and lupgraded with every modern requirement. Breakfast is more than excellent and because we left very early on our final day, the hotel packed a breakfast to eat at the Airport.

Great access to Old Town. Breakfast was excellent. Room and bed was comfortable. Some street noise during the night is the only complaint. Fortunately we had air conditioning and could keep windows closed.

Beautiful Hotel

Such a lovely hotel and great location just off the old town square, very vibrant area. The hotel itself was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate there both nights of our trip, table of 10, and the food was lovely and able to cater for the dietary requirements of our party. Would definitely recommend.
