Filthy. Dirt and debris all over the floor including what looked like mouse poop. Fridge was full of old food debris and condensation. Toilet was filthy. Bathroom sink had no soap and was clogged. Couch has wet areas on it. Floor had sticky spots. Really nice apartment that, if properly cleaned, would be wonderful. Very close to old town with lots of dining options. Building itself is clean and quiet.

Great location but apartment needs renewal

The apartment is large, comfortable but neglected. It could be superb if the owner would paint the walls, which are full of stains and scratches. The bathroom is really nice but smelly and again the walls are dirty and the washbasin is almost stopped. The sofa is also full of stains.

Perfect location, better communication required

I booked the place for a short week work stay and chose the location for practical reasons. Nice flat with all necessities, but a bit disturbing to have the fridge humming on and off through the night and the neighbour chatting all evening and night sitting on the balcony next to mine. My arrival was close to chaotic due to a mistake in the information mail I received prior to my stay. It took two mails, two calls nd almost 30 minutes to get me to the right room with all necessary codes and passwords. By the first call, it would have been more reassuring if the online receptionist had sent me an updated info mail rather than having to call and write more times (the info note in the room had only old and useless codes to wifi and gate. And as a small "yuck" coffee cups weren't clean, but with rims of old tea and coffee. It looked like the peefect place, but insufficient communication and details left me less impressed than other users.

Inferiore alle aspettative

Appartamento spazioso, pulito con buon letto ed ambpio bagno ma scarsamente manutenuto: 2 oscuranti alle finestre su 3 erano fuori uso; metà delle lampadine non funzionavano; la macchina del caffè non funzionava (il serbatoio delle cialde usate era pieno e nessuno si era preso la briga di svuotarlo). Scarsa dotazione della cucina: mancava un'asciugapiatti o un rotolo di carta da cucina (fatta richiesta mai ricevuto neppure risposta); mancava una tovaglietta o anche solo dei sottopiatti. Il tessuto del divano e cuscini era imbarazzante: sgualcito e macchiato (noi usavamo un salviettone per coprirlo). La Tv avrebbe avuto anche molti canali privati (es.: NETFLIX) ma nonostate l'avessimo impostato in lingua italiana non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarli: bah. Le pareti erano completamente spoglie: i quadri da appendere c'erano ma erano immagazzinati nel grande ripostiglio/guardaroba.

Decent -- Nothing More, Nothing Less

Nicely appointed apartment that is quite large and in a good location but property condition wasn't as pictured (cracks in walls) and the construction going on nearby was very loud. I ended up checking out early to stay somewhere a bit more quiet and well kept. Parking is not available on property but in nearby outdoor lots for 3pln per hour.

Convenient location, walking distance to many sites in Poznan. Clean, large apartment with great A/C. Fast WI-FI. Easy self-check in. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice appartment near center

Nothing to complain and apartment has all you need to have city visit to Poznan. Getting there was easy as apparent is near center. They send you key code in advance so getting to room is easy anytime. Room was clean, modern, wifi worked OK. Apartment was also roomy. Maybe only complaint could be that room did not have soap and shampoo for the shower. But OK, that’s minor issue.

Excellent apartment. Codes and access instructions came via email. NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. thoroughly enjoyed the stay and wish could have stayed for few more days.

Great apartment in Poznan

This was a really nice single bedroom apartment that met all my needs and was close to the town square. Even though I stayed a few days into Christmas, the owner was very quick to answer any of my questions and was very polite. The kitchen has all the basics you need to cook and there's a washing machine and dishwasher available. If you are traveling solo like I did or as a couple, you should really consider renting this apartment, especially for longer stays.

Przyjechałem wraz z żoną w celu usunięcia zaćmy w pobliskiej klinice OPTEGRA. Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu, ponieważ po zabiegu miałem tylko kilkadziesiąt metrów do hotelu. Mogę ze spokojnym sumieniem polecić Wasze apartamenty tym, którzy przyjadą w tym celu a także turystom, bo jest to bardzo dobre miejsce do rozpoczęcia zwiedzania Poznania. Jest bardzo czysto, bogate wyposażenie, oraz aneks kuchenny i nawet pralka.Oczywiście winda. Polecam!!!
