10/10 all round. Staff pleasant Room clean Food great. Well done to everyone

We had booked 3 x 2 bed appartments, however one of the "2 bedroom" appartments had an additional room with bunk beds. I wish we had been told that as I would have just booked 2 appartments 2 of the appartments were basement level. The stairs off the main street would not be suitable for anyone with a slight hesitation for stairs. The other was 4th floor, so again, we had to pick which couple could manage those stairs. Beautifully furnished and both basement appartments had patio/garden areas which was lovely. Right at the end of Princess Street (Haymarket end) was an ideal location with no shortage of choice of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops

Could not pick fault, with stay,staff excellent and service. Only observation vegetarian menu a bit sparse Will be back.

Right in the centre of Edinburgh, close to everything. Beautiful hotel, we had an artists vista room which was plenty big enough for the both of us. Great amenities with snacks and drinks included in the room. Dyson Hairdryer and Ghd straighteners in the room also. We will 100% be back to this hotel. Also shout out to the staff who were very friendly and helpful. Zero complaints.
