The hotel beautifully blends historic charm with modern comfort, and the staff made every part of the experience welcoming and enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, the public spaces were stunning, and the location made it easy to explore downtown Chattanooga. One of the highlights was taking the haunted room tour. Even if you’re not a believer in ghost stories, the history behind the hotel is fascinating and adds a unique dimension to the experience. It was both entertaining and memorable.
