Schlechte Ausstattung

Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet, Kochtöpfe größtenteils nicht zu gebrauchen, da aus Aluminium (Induktionsherd), Bratpfanne Beschichtung verkratzt und blättert ab, Schränke in den Schlafzimmer voll mit alter Kleidung und Wäsche, Dusche defekt .

Résidence très calme à 1 km de la plage commerce à proximité bien situé. Appartement bien agencé et tout équipé pour des vacances pratiques . Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Parfait

Le logement se trouve dans un petit immeuble très calme et très propre. L appartement était très propre et très fonctionnel. De nombreux draps et draps de bain sont à notre disposition. On a l impression d être chez nous. Le logement est à 10-15 minutes à pied de la gare. Nous nous sommes rendus à Porto tous les jours par le métro (50 minutes). Povoa de varzim est une très jolie station balnéaire. Un endroit à découvrir. Excellentes prestations.

Buen sitio para conocer el norte de Portugal.

Se trata de un piso de dos dormitorios, dos baños, cocina y salón. Todo muy amplio. Muy cómodo para seis personas. El piso, en planta baja está completamente equipado, hasta el punto de que hay muchas cosas del propi etario que las deja allí. Se llega fácil desde la A28, se aparca fácil justo al lado, en la parte de atrás. La cocina está recientemente reformada y es grande, de granito y tiene de todo. En el comedor hay un sofá convertible en cama muy grande. El resto de los muebles no son actuales, pero funcionales. La ropa de cama y las toallas, que hay en abundancia, no son "nuevas". Las amplias cristaleras que tiene necesitan una limpieza. El día de la llegada hacía frío. Tiene calefacción eléctrica, y ya en los días posteriores hacía bueno. En resumen, volvería allí por la relación calidad-precio que es imbatible, por lo menos en mi estancia de diciembre.

Conforme aux photos - commerces à proximité - à 15 mn de la station de métro pour aller à Porto - 20mn de la plage - De très belles plages - des villes superbes à visiter tellesque : BRAGA - Vilo da conde - porto. ... Inconvénients : pas de parking - pas de terrasse

Confortable

L'appartement est conforme aux photos, il est fonctionnel et dispose de tout le nécessaire en quantités suffisantes (linge de lit, serviettes de bains, cuisine etc...) Il y a plusieurs parkings autour de l'immeuble. Povoa est une jolie ville agréable, je vous conseille aussi Porto mais il faut prendre de bonne chaussures de marche. Ruben est très serviable et aimable.
