There was a big problem with Hotels.com. I first paid the hotel in advance and then after checkout I was asked to pay again because Hotels.com didn’t pay the Hotel Miramonti. So I paid twice. When I reached out to Customer Services of Hotels.com for refund they said it was not possible. I am extremely disappointed. Do not book with them or pay in advance. Bad business!!!

Cortesia, professionalità e disponibilità a profusione. Colazione a buffet abbondante e senza limiti. Pulito e con rifiniture nuove o comunque in perfetto stato. Ottimo. Attrezzato anche a favore dell'ambiente: colonnina per ricarica macchine elettriche disponibile insieme ad un ampio parcheggio, e tanti metri quadri di pannelli fotovoltaici su buona parte delle coperture. Complimenti. Ci tornerei tranquillamente e volentieri.
