The location of the hotel is in a more quiet area of Lisbon but still easily accesible with public transportation. I wish the cleaning products will have less strong scent as some people have sensitivity to scent. Otherwise, good hotel.

Despite the fact the staff was quite helpful, I had to ask for the electric kettle 3 times...
First, there was no tray with coffee and tea and kettle in our room
After I asked they gave us an electric kettle that, when plugged, the power in the room went off
In the following day, we requested the kettle....they brought us just the kettle...no coffee, no tea, no cups
then, after the 3rd request, the brought the tray with everything: kettle, tea, coffee, cups etc
When cleaning the room, no water was refilled.....
But again, despite all that, the staff was always prompt to help.....
