Installations douteuses et service peu aimable.

Une première nuit compliquée, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, quelqu’un est venu mais n’a pas réussi à la régler donc pas de télé. La douche était à peine tiède voire froide. Puis vers 2h heures du matin, toutes les lumières de la chambre se sont allumées, ils avaient apparemment un problème de domotique! Le technicien a pu résoudre le problème pour la deuxième nuit. Quand nous avons voulu commander un cocktail au bar, la barmaid loin d’être aimable nous avait complètement oublié!

Bien situé mais nourriture décevante.

Situation et cadre au top. Personnel accueillant. Certaines infrastructures sont vieillissantes (mini golf notamment). Le gros point noir de cet hôtel c’est la restauration, vraiment pas bonne. Les oreillers sont inconfortables.

Super lieu!

Lieu que nous apprécions beaucoup, familial, au calme et permettant de nombreuses activités. Le personnel est très gentil. Nous erions déjà venus et nous reviendrons, malgré ses 5 heures de route de Noumea. :-)

Escale à Poum agréable !

bel hotel situé dans un magnifique parc . arrivé le 31 décembre chambre pas prête propreté laissant à désirer . le lendemain soir 1h30 d'attente pour avoir le premier plat au restaurant , manifestement personnel dépassé en cette période de fête . améliorations par la suite.

Point fort : Le site de la plage blanche est magnifique. L'accueil d'arrivée bien. Buffets dîner petit déjeuner, correct. Beaucoup de raie en bord de mer, dangereux pour s'y baigner. Prévoir le spray anti-moustique car pas agréable. Piscine privée en Bungalow pas propre. Sur le départ gros désagrément concernant le paiement de la nuitée, qui avait été prépayée deux semaines à l'avance sur expédia. Pas d'excuse de la part de l'agent d'accueil qui au bout d'un quart de discussion a pu retrouver le paiement. Il avait fallu lui prouver en lui montrer que la nuitée avait été bien débitée sur mon compte bancaire, sans cela, elle nous faisait repayer la nuitée. Aberrant !!!

Hotel (fast) am Ende vom La Grande Terre

Das Hotel ist fast so weit im Norden vom Hauptinseln Neukaledoniens als es möglich ist und ist ziemlich isoliert. Es ist relativ gut eingerichtet - die Bungalows sind komfortabel, aber nicht übermässig gross und es gibt auch einen Schwimmbad, dem ich nicht gebraucht habe. Das Personal war freundlich und das Einchecken unkompliziert. Das Essen schmeckt, ist aber ziemlich teuer (war nicht im Zimmerpreis inkludiert) und es gibt praktisch keine Alternative in der Nähe.

Un séjour très agréable en Nouvelle-Calédonie.

Nous avons passé deux jours à l' hôtel. Le rapport qualité prix est bon. Nous avons senti un bon esprit d'équipe chez les personnels. Quel plaisir d'avoir un service de qualité, de sentir que l' établissement est fréquenté et entretenu. Une note spéciale au manager qui est à l' écoute, des employés Côme des clients.

Séjour en famille (3 bungalows réservés). A l'arrivée, les 3 bungalows réparties sur l'ensemble du park et non côte à côte comme demandé. Bilan très moyen par rapport aux anciennes réservations. il faut mendier le shampoing et le savon (la prochaine fois, j''emmènerai les miens. Coté restauration, le petit déjeuner et le snack à midi sont extra. Le buffet du soir est complètement quelconque, assez pauvre et sur trois jours, identiques. Décevant sur l'ensemble

Lovely isolated location, beautiful setting. Unfortunately our first bungalow had a broken A/C and no hot water, they did move us to another but then 2 mornings in a row we woke up with no running water. Very inconvenient with a young child.
