Great Location
This property is spacious and in a great location right on the water with ample parking. Beautiful views and close to the cute little downtown of Poulsbo. We went to visit our son stationed in the Navy out there and it was conveniently located near the base. Definitely not the cleanest property I have stayed in. There were multiple minor issues such as a moldy shower curtain which I replaced, moldy coffee grinds and bread from previous guests, dirty pot lids and stove, a foul smell from the downstairs drain and overall kind of dusty. We had some issues with the front door lock, but the property managers were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Vacasa was amazing to work with and even refunded the cleaning fee. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful Spot Right in the Water
The big windows offer a beautiful view of Liberty Bay. It’s a ten minute drive to downtown where there are a lot of cute shops and fun places to eat. The home has 4 beds and 3 rooms. The kitchen is large and easy to cook in. Like most rentals the kitchen is stocked with random dishes, cutlery and pans. If you’re planning on cooking a crab or something larger bring a pot with you. It is not the cleanest VRBO I’ve stayed in but that didn’t take from our time there. I should also note there is not cable although we figured out how to watch the football games over the weekend.

Needs Some Attention....
This is a property with an amazing view which is unfortunately overshadowed by a significant lack of attention to detail and cooperation from the Vacasa who manages the property.... If it wasn't for the view I would have left early. During we week long stay I killed over 15 medium spiders from the bathroom, shower, kitchen and living area. Removed major spider webs from the bedrooms, living area and kitchen as well. Certain closet doors were broken and the shower curtain even had mold on it. I shared pictures of all of this with Vacasa as well. Traveling with a toddler this was not the experience I was looking for. The worst part of it all was the overwhelming smell is sulfur coming from the shower and sink when in use. I could not feel like I got a clean shower with the smell not only on me but circulating through the home when someone showered. I eventually just ended up showering at a relatives home.... As you would expect VRBO said take it up with Vacasa and Vacasa simply offered less than a 20% refund... Very surprised at my experience and the level of support I received...

Spacious, clean, quiet home with spectacular views
I loved enjoying my coffee looking out the massive windows at the picturesque view of sailboats and the sunrise. The second living room upstairs was great for my kids. We loved this property on a quiet street close to town. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Space!
Wonderful spot along Liberty Bay. The space felt much larger than we imagined. Tons of room for us to hang out with the kids. Fabulous kitchen and living room especially. We had a little snow and it was such a perfect place to spend the holidays with a cozy fire and views of fireworks across the bay.

Unclean, multiple security issues
Housekeeper was leaving as we arrived at 7pm but I’m not sure what she did to clean because there were multiple cleanliness issues. Sheets were dingy, multiple long hairs on master bed. I had to change the sheets myself, if you use white sheets, they need to be bleached. Dishes in cabinet had to be re washed. Splatters on multiple cabinets. Long hair on stove top. White chairs in dining room were filthy. Dried urine on front of toilet. Blinds were filthy. Floors left our socks black. Extra towels were left touching dirty dish pan. Drains were slow to drain. There was a security camera inside with a microphone that was on, we unplugged it. Door to garage with exterior entrance was locked from outside with no way for us to secure it. Multiple windows would not lock. Lack of window coverings. Overall a beautiful location but needs a deep cleaning and better maintenance.

Wonderful House, plus an even better Location
We stayed here for a long weekend during the summer. We easily found the house, and the check in was simple. We immediately gravitated to the beautiful view. Upon looking around the house, we found it had EVERYTHING we were looking for. The amenities were better than other houses we have stayed in around the country. Also, the house was clean and well maintained. Everything was in great working order. We brought stand-up paddleboards, and enjoyed doing that on the water. We went into Poulsbo for meals, but enjoyed breakfasts and appetizers at the house. Relaxing by the water and in the living room was wonderful. I'd definitely consider this place for a future stay and recommend it without hesitation. Couple of things that would maybe be helpful: (1) a "house rules" book that discusses things like check-out procedures, garbage, recycling, and Poulsbo recommendations (restaurants, activities, etc.); (2) the exterior garbage cans were also full, and we weren't sure if we needed to put them by the curb for pick-up, but there was no room left to empty garbage cans without fears that animals would get into it.

We will be back...
This is a lovely and spacious home with a spectacular water view and quiet surroundings, just a quick drive from the charming town of Poulsbo. We very much enjoyed the large kitchen and dining area, cozy and comfortable living room, as well as the coffee nook. We couldn't get the gas fireplace to work, but the comfortable beds, beach access and outdoor seating made this a wonderful weekend.

Beautiful view & nice interior space
We would rent again but wanted to leave feedback. Prior to renting we read most of the reviews regarding the beds, pans & wine opener problems people had so came prepared and were pleasantly surprised to see all those issues resolved. However it’s clear that their cleaning crew isn’t as competent as they should be. There were oversights in cleaning upstairs bathroom floor and moldy shower curtain along with the nook dining table. Which was covered with a film of grime. All that being said the beds are now comfortable the pans are new and the view is still beautiful sitting in the chairs in front of it was a great way to pass time watching seals and eagles go by. The beach just steps away is great filled with clams and muscles and many many treasures.

Beautiful view even in winter
House was great, so perfect for my family. Kitchen was well stocked, and a joy to cook in. We would love to come back in the summer and take advantage of the beach access. However the snow really made the place idyllic.

Perfect space!
My husband and I drove up from Ca with our son to meet his aunt and cousins for the first time, and we chose this home for our little family reunion. The home was perfect for our needs. The living space was ample & the bedrooms were set up perfectly. The kitchen had all of the accommodations we needed to make meals while the kids enjoyed the huge backyard and beach! My only suggestion to Vacasa would be to add more warm blankets to the beds or closets for guests to use; it got cold at night!

Great Place to stay
I rented this place for my crew we are working out of town and very long hours. The first day we walked inside and looked out at the view of the water and what I believe across from the house Bainbridge Iland and several marinas. The living room allows you to sit and relax looking out across the water and you can walk down to the beach also. Very easy access from off the freeway. This place has a very large kitchen and dinning room that makes it very nice for a group stay. I would suggest to anyone looking to stay in tis area to look into this place for the price you will not find another place like this. I have rented it for next week already and will be staying there on and off for the next couple mounths

Late Mother’s Day Weekend
We had a lovely weekend at the property. We loved the wooden deck overlooking the water, the living room made for cozy conversation and nice master bedroom. A few drawbacks: stinky water, sparsely equipped kitchen, saggy double beds and dishes in cupboard that had to be rewashed. Overall it was a nice home and neighborhood to stay in.

Peaceful Vibe but a little shabby
For the price I was expecting out of this world amenities. Pros: VIEW, ambience of property, private, quiet, close to Poulsbo, cozy. Cons: TERRIBLE BEDS UPSTAIRS! Dusty couches pillows, etc. , kitchen was missing a few important items like a wine opener and tea pot. A few of the cabinet doors were falling off. So a smidge disappointing! I think for the price they need to upgrade a few things but the overall vibe of the house is great! The view and peacefulness was good but not sleeping because the bed was so horrendous was sad! Me my 80 year old mom and 27 year old pregnant daughter had a great Mother’s Day retreat overall but we were all looking forward to resting in comfy beds And that just wasn’t possible in the beds upstairs.

Love the view, the windows, the walk down to the beach. It was comfortable, the kitchen was clean, the sitting room was nice. Loved the option for a fire outside and seating to view the water outside. The improvements could be the double bed mattresses really need to be replaced you could feel the springs and did not offer a restful sleep. There is also a sulfur smell in the water so showers and sinks it's not very pleasant so I'm glad we had a short weekend stay. Overall it met our needs and we enjoyed ourselves. Extra sheets and bedding would be helpful to have on hand.

I am an aunt to 5 kiddos. Twice a year, I rent a home for the 6 of us to enjoy (their ages range from 3-13). This home was perfect for our 2 night stay. 1. The stairs from the backyard lead down to the beach for “play time.” The pictures don’t show that and the listing doesn’t make it clear, but yes, it has direct beach access when the tide is out (check the tide charts). The view is stunning from the home as well. 2. I loved how much space and seating is available in the living room. They have a few large couches and several chairs so we were all able to comfortably spread out and enjoy movies in the evening. Nice large dining table and kitchen as well and a kitchen nook which was perfect for me to turn into an “office work space.” 3. I loved that “my room” was downstairs with a private bathroom and the kids had 2 bedrooms to share upstairs which also has a bathroom and a sitting/TV area for them to watch cartoons or play games in the morning while I cooked breakfast. The one bedroom has 1 bed so I gave my niece that room and the 4 boys had the other room which has 2 (double ?) beds with trundle configurations—perfect for our needs. None of the bedrooms have water views, but we didn’t mind. Suggestions: 1. I sent an email to Vacasa with a question before we arrived. They did not reply. 2. The dishwasher was completely full of (clean) dishes when we arrived. I wasn’t happy to realize this when I was preparing to load our dirty dinner dishes only to realize that I had a “surprise” task to complete first. 3. The water that comes out of the facets stinks like sulfur (rotten eggs). That was the worst part. I used bottled water to brush my teeth and didn’t shower (I live close by so was able to sneak home for a shower). 4. Check in is 4:00pm and checkout is 10:00am. It would be nice if check-in was earlier, as it gets dark this time of year at 4:30-5:00pm so we could not use the beach the first day. This was the question I asked with no reply. I was hoping to check-in at least an hour earlier, as it was a Wednesday during the winter so not likely house was booked the night before and the calendar showed it as available the night before. Tips to guests: Bring a few throw blankets, bottled water and coffee if you’re a coffee drinker. Enjoy! Thank you to the owners for sharing your home!

Perfect location
Great location, stunning view of the water. The sitting area with the big picture window was wonderful; that was the favorite spot in the house! House was clean and organized, perfect little get away for our vacation. The only thing I would suggest is additional blankets and bedding; it was cool at night and some extra blankets would have been nice.

Nice place and location
Property was very clean and looked to be newely updated. Location is very nice right on Liberty Bay. The stairs down to the waters edge was very nice. Also close to town for picking up items and sightseeing the town of Poulsbo. Would recommend.
