"I had a wonderful experience with this property. Staff was really nice and helpful. Even when a situation occurred with me and another tenant. A particular over night staff member handle it calmly and professional. I was impressed all around by service along with the view from the roof top access. The free bike rentals with the room was amazing bonus. I explored much of seattle easily and conveniently. Definitely coming back to this hotel for my next trip to Seattle. Highly recommend"
