"The appartment was very good, nice and clean. Also a big backyard for the kids to play, which was awesome. Certainly a place to recommend!"

"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."

"Gorgeous view, great location within walking distance to Annecy old city center. Good large unit. Parking was very hard to find initially. Needed better instructions. Although the unit was generally clean, the furniture was quite dated and in need of deep cleaning. The curtains were dirty, tattered and frayed. There are some easy updates that would make this a 5 star. "

"Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. "

"Host was great and all we needed was a place to stay for 5 people overnight so we can catch out flight out of the airport! About a 5 min taxi from the train station A+ host!"

"Loved this apartment in the heart of Annecy! Completely surrounded by amazing shopping and dining and so close to the river! The space felt like such a reflection of the local culture and really maximized the square footage. Would definitely stay here again!"
