Would have been nice to know they were remodeling and there was no lobby bar. Bathroom sink didn’t drain and it took 3 days for them to come see it but weren’t able to fix it.

Nice patios and outside spaces

The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future.

It was pretty basic and our upgraded “suite” had TVs that are the size of a computer monitor and practically no furniture to hang up clothes. The living room had an old saggy couch like what you see for free on Facebook marketplace. There was a long fair clump stuck on the wall of a shower by a previous guest who probably was preventing it from clogging the drain but forgot to remove. Bed sheets were clean and crisp and the bed pillows were good. Other than bathroom, room service seemed to do a good job, but they need to have a checklist to check tub/shower walls and drains. Shampoo/soap/coffee supplies are very basic and building is old with numerous previous holes on walls that sit uncovered. Wallpaper, faucets and finishes are at least half my age. Service personnel are all very helpful but the building needs interior updates and rooms sold as upgrades should be better furnished.
