Modern Country Escape | Potter Valley Retreat
- Step into a fully restored 1921 farmhouse on private acreage in the heart of Potter Valley, a property in our family since 1994. Original vertical Douglas fir floors meet a modern kitchen, dimmable pendant lighting and a cozy indoor fireplace. Two queen bedrooms and one full bath sleep up to five. Outside, gather around the propane fire pit beneath the redwood, fire up the BBQ, or relax in the hammock under some of the clearest night skies in Northern California. A Tesla charger, washer and dryer, wifi and a dedicated workspace make longer stays easy. Most evenings, herds of Tule elk graze in the open fields two miles down the road, especially at sunset. Rivers, lakes and trails are close by, and Ukiah and Redwood Valley wineries are a short drive away. Keypad self check in, plenty of parking, and pets welcome (up to 2).
