"From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and craftsmanship of this cabin. Every detail—from the layout to the woodwork—was thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed. You can tell a lot of love and intention went into creating this space.The peacefulness of the back deck was exactly what we needed. Sitting out there, surrounded by trees and nature, we truly felt like we were away from it all. It’s secluded in the best way—private and quiet, yet still close enough to anything you might need.One of the highlights for us was the outdoor shower. It was such a fun and refreshing experience, and it’s inspired us to think about building one at home! The mix of nature and comfort throughout the entire property was perfect.Our dog, Wyatt, had the time of his life exploring the outdoor space. It was like a sniffing adventure park for him. It made us so happy to see him enjoying himself in a safe and open area.Overall, this was more than just a place to stay—it was an experience. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already talking about when we can return. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet escape with charm, comfort, and character."

"I loved the fact where if u wanted say a store. U was driving for a far distance. Very thick wooded area u can go for walks n quite a bit rails of trails kind of parking area "

"Overall was very happy with propertyKitchen was fully stocked Bedroooms and sleeping arrangements were excellent with exception of downstairs bedroom (extremely cold…..windows were not sealed and had towels covering corners)Would have appreciated flexibility with leaving. 3 of the adults came down with stomach flu and wasn’t allowed an extra hour for rest of adults to take over. "

"The house was perfect for our stay with myself, my husband, our baby and toddler, and our dog. The location is a quick drive to most things, and super close to Deep Creek State Park where we did some hiking. The house was nothing fancy, but comfortable and met all of our needs. The communication with Vacasa, though, was subpar. There was a boat randomly parked at the dock starting on day 2 of our weeklong stay. After it was there for a full day I messaged asking if it was supposed to be there and Vacasa said they were getting in touch with their local operations manager. We never heard back from them. Luckily we weren’t really using the dock, but if you want to rent a boat for your own stay then I would make that clear ahead of time. "
