"If you have ever had a thought about where you might be when the world is getting ever more complicated this might be it. Early morning swims, beautiful sunsets and restaurants near by when you don't want to cook. It's got everything you need. "The house was in a lovely location but was very tired. Worn paint in the kitchen and a broken glass cook top. It is very small, no living area and only one air conditioning unit in the hallway to service the whole house.
