Buena ubicación y limpieza

El hotel está bien ubicado, delante del mar, al lado de un parking gratis y de un supermercado. Habitación amplia con balcón. Limpio y tranquilo. El servicio de entrada y salida algo raro, ya que te entregan la llave sin verificar nada ni dar explicación alguna. Y al salir lo mismo.

Pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles

Hôtel bien placé, belle vue sur le petit port. Pour avoir séjourné dans d’autres hôtels 4 étoiles en Croatie, celui-ci en vaut 3 et non pas 4. Petit-déjeuner identique chaque jour et sans effort de vrais produits régionaux, odeur de cuisine dans la chambre, réfrigérateur bruyant (pas isolé comme ils le sont généralement), ni thé ni café à disposition. C’est dommage car il y a du potentiel pour faire beaucoup mieux.

Bra hotell för den som vill ha lugn och ro

AC:n är inte alls bra i rummen utan balkong. Det är en liten hotellfrukost med bara det mest nödvändiga. Jättefin utsikt över havet precis i hamnen men en liten by och inte många resturanger i närheten. Ett supermarket och en bankomat precis bakom hotellet var ett stort plus!!

Kiva hotelli ja ihana pikkukylä

Olin aikuisen tyttäreni kanssa naisten lepolomalla Kroatiassa. Kylä oli viehättävä ja ihmiset ystävällisiä. Merivesi oli varhain keväällä vielä viileää, mutta kyllä siinä jo pulahti. Aurinko paistoi päivällä lämpimästi, illalla tarvitsi neuletta. Suosittelen lämpimästi!

Etwas enttäuschend

Im Rahmen einer Rundreise durch Kroatien war das Hotel Lipa die teuerste Unterkunft, in der wir übernachtet haben - unsere Erwartung war daher entsprechend hoch. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Es war sauber und das Housekeeping hat gute Arbeit geleistet. Bei Bezug des Zimmers ist uns allerdings schon ein etwas seltsamer Geruch aufgefallen - dieser entstand, wie sich später herausstellte, durch den Grill des Restaurants, der sich darunter befand. Dementsprechend konnte man die Fenster nicht auflassen, außer man wollte wie ein geräucherter Lachs riechen. Die Badekleidung, die man zum trocknen rausgehängt hat, hat natürlich den Geruch angenommen. Wir haben also die Fenster geschlossen gehalten und die Klimaanlage angestellt - diese hat aber auch irgendwoher Küchengerüche aufgenommen und in den Raum geblasen - und einwandfrei hat sie leider auch nicht funktioniert, bzw. gekühlt. Da es natürlich auch Zimmer gibt, die weiter weg vom Grill/Dunstabzug der Küche liegen, dürfte das Problem wohl nicht in allen Zimmern vorliegen. Das Frühstück konnte leider hinsichtlich des Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis auch nicht überzeugen.

Hotel staff

Staff were rude and incompetent upon arrival and to our departure could not wait to leave. Beautiful hotel but staff were anything but ignorant. We are young students and were just looking forward two day relaxing far from this did we get.
