"Hay personal en la recepción, "Mara" fue de mucha ayuda, se preocupo por atendernos, habla varios idiomas, nos explicó todo el proceso, nos mostro la habitación y detalles de como funciona la habitación, además de lugares para cenar y ubicación de la estación de trenes, en especial el Bernina Express, que esta a solo 300 metros de la plaza donde se ubica los trenes de Italia y los trenes con destino a Suiza, son dos estaciones pequeñas una al lado de la otra."

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting with helpful, hospitable staff. Room was lovely with cows grazing outside window. So quiet, only the sound of the cowbells all day and even quieter at night."

"A perfect place to sleep before taking the train. Clean and well maintained. Beds are fine, not very soft and the blanket on top we left off as we weren’t sure if it was clean. But all in all we were very happy with our choice."

"The staff at the Terra hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and very modern. It was all very well looked after and very clean. The room was exactly what we were looking for. Even though we only stayed one night, it was a highlight of our trip for sure. The free breakfast was also excellent. There was plenty of choice and a good amount of food provided. I would highly recommend the Terra Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tirano."
