Very good value hotel in the centre of Posadas. Comfortable and well located. My only real concern was that the bathroom was very small, so a bit uncomfortable to use.

Centrally located. There was an electricity outage & stuck in elevator between floors. Staff helped later when air conditioning was not working. Staff helped arrange a taxi to go to Paraguay.

The rooms in this hotel are poorly maintained. In my room the window didn't close, there was a rusty refrigerator and the walls har humidity stains. Breakfast was very limited. It is possible to get a much better hotel in Posadas for the same price. Alternatively, you can get a similar hotel in town for a much cheaper price. It is well located, though.

nice place, friendly and helpful staff, central, make sure you don't have a room with the loud AC (had to change rooms). small breakfast (restaurant does not belong to hotel) but dinner menu is great!!!

Overall OK

Very comfortable bed, bathroom quite tired (it's a shower curtain rather than a screen, which isn't nice), WiFi didn't work well. But the reception staff (lady) was super lit and helpful. It was fine for a couple of nights, good value. Basement parking was useful. Couldn't be more central in Posadas!

O hotel é bom e bem localizado. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, pois estava um pouco cheio no primeiro dia e não tinha a disposição pratos e talheres a qual demoraram 30 minutos para repor pois estavam lavando. Quase não tem frutas.

A localização é ótima. O hotel é um pouco antigo e a manutenção não é impecável, mas é limpo, a cama é confortável e o banheiro bom. Tem as comodidades necessárias.

Decepção total

Compramos a estadia de um quarto superior para família de três pessoas pela vista e acomodações mais confortáveis. Ao chegarmos no hotel, nos deparamos com um quarto com roupas de camas furadas, lençóis velhos, paredes visivelmente sujas, frigobar antigo, empoeirado e desligado sem nenhum item para consumo. Ao abrirmos o armário, encontramos um colchonete velho, rasgado e embolado; travesseiros sem capa e dois cobertores também embolados e jogados. Não havia tapete nem toalha de mãos no banheiro. No quarto anexo que ficava a terceira cama, havia apenas um ventilador barulhento. Ao solicitarmos faca, saca-rolha de vinho e adaptador de tomada, fomos informados sobre a indisponibilidade. Como já havíamos pagado pela reserva, não conseguimos nenhuma mudança e sem assistência tivemos que nos submeter a essa situação lastimável.

Hotel reformado, quarto super confortável, porém o banheiro era muito pequeno e a mobília dele antiga e não estava em boas condições. Além do que o box era meio aberto e na hora do banho molhava bastante o banheiro q já era pequeno. A localização é ótima e o café era razoavelmente bom.
