"This is a very clean and unique hotel. As shown in their photos, there's art and antiques everywhere. There was a problem with the bed in the first room and they changed me to another room without any problem. Be aware the lift only reaches three of the rooms. If you are in any other room you will need to take your bags up either a few steps to a couple of flights "

"The staff was great, very polite and ready to assist. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant where the food and service was excellent. The hotel breakfast self service buffet was very good. Just a minor request: please provide hair conditioner. We highly recommend this hotel. "
