"Property is nice and great location to the airport. You’re not close to any of the nice beaches on the north east side, but regardless you NEED to rent a car in Sardinia so that doesn’t matter. All nice beaches are 45+ minutes. I hate the fact that the hotel controls the air conditioning. It was 90F with humidity and coming back to the room after a long and hot beach day you want the room cold. Or maybe you don’t? But as the guest that’s paying a pretty penny for this property, you should be able to control the temperature. The room started at 23C. Every time I would call the front and ask them to lower the temperature, their response was “let me see what I can do”. After I called the front desk 4 times on different occasions they finally brought it down to 20C. But also, what if I want to fluctuate the temperature? Just be mindful of this before booking. Staff was rather pleasant, especially the servers during the morning breakfast buffet. Some of the ladies in front desk could brush up on proper hotel manners. Breakfast buffet was good, nothing wow. Avoid the juices, it’s pure concentrate. Some pastries and fruit seemed a day old. I liked the property, I didn't love it. I plan on coming back to Sardinia next year and staying in the same region but I will not come back to this hotel."
