Very nice cabin and very clean. Good heater and breakfast items were adequate. I did not know there was not an office and was confused at first. Great location just two blocks from Plaza de Armas. Nice hotel with many different type of rooms (we received an upgrade as the basic room does not have windows to outside). Check in was too long and confusing.
