"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Honestly, everything from start to finish was perfect. The staff really made the experience stand out. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, whether it was giving directions or suggesting local spots to check out. The service, comfort, and little details were all top-notch. "The room was big and clean. The shower could use some non-skid strips and a holding bar as it is slippery. Breakfast was fresh, lots of choices and the area was spotless, however the menu was the same for the entire ten day stay. Front desk personnel is the gem of the whole operation. Especially Victoria and Filipa. Victoria checked us in and I immediately started asking about restaurant recommendations. She gave us four names. Tried them all. Rate them from good to excellent. On the day of our 50th Aniversary she sent up a fruit plate and a bottle of wine. Very thoughtful. Felipa was always welcoming with a smile make you feel like you're coming home. Location is very close to shopping with all the conveniences you may need. Super market dire tly across the street. Overall I strongly recommend this property and I'll stay again"
