I finally went downstairs to the front desk the lady told me she went to the room twice and told me to call the police and that they wasn’t smoking ...

For a no smoking hotel it stunk of smoke holes in blankets burn holes also toilet was running when i got there and stuff in toilet .when people walked past room shaked , holes in curtain heater had to turn on off at plug controls didnt work ... lady at desk was ok but when checking in talking staff ...
