The staff were very nice,the room was very small no room to open wardrobe,or go past the other person.we expected there to be hand wash ,shower gel,shampoo.
There was only half a toilet roll.the furniture was very worn.But for the price and the convenience of being so close to Paddington station good.Its was ok for a night stay but could not stay in the room for longer.

Excellent hotel, renovated rooms and great staff. Very centrally located. Rooms are spacious relative to other london hotels of a similar price point. Reception area and breakfast is great.

The staff, service & food were excellent. Unfortunately the standard room was very small. We should have booked a larger one. Couldn’t even get the in room dining trolley inside & only one chair. Poor really.
