"This was the worse hotel/bnb experience of our lives and we've stayed in 100s of places. No one was there to greet us. We called and over the phone they told us to go in the house and find a room. The doors were open for anyone on the street to walk in. It was raining and water was coming in thru the open doors which we spent 15 minutes cleaning up.
