"If I could give this place more stars I would. The staff is absolutely among the top of any property I have ever stayed (we travel often for work AND spa vacations), this property has edged out my previous number one holder. Enough good things cannot be said about the staff, who always magically appeared when you needed something and made your every wish happen. Special mention to Luigi and Elena at the bar, (thanks for all the delicious drinks!) and all the women working the spa who were endlessly cheerful and kept the place looking beautiful. A well equipped workout room with incredible views, a wide variety of spa services and the sauna and thermal areas of the spa mean this is our new favorite for “me time” vacations. "The hotel and the staff were great! Alessandro and Sofie welcomed us and they were both so lovely. The room and bed were comfortable. They offered us a suite but we were happy with a junior room with a nice view of the sea. The valet parking was easy. Good food, beautiful decor, pools were great, the main pool could have been a little warmer and the hot tub hotter, so the hot tub was full all the time. Would visit again in the future. "
