Difficult to give an overall rating. Location was excellent and the apartment itself was very nice. A few things that were not made clear when booking. 1) Yes there’s parking but it’s in a busy and tight garage about 100meters away and it’s very expensive (56euro/day) 2) Check in was not very easy. I was contact the days before and asked to give our estimated arrival time. I told her 3pm. She asked me to send her a message 30 min before arriva as we were in route. I sent her a message saying we would be 20 min early but would kill time at the grocery store. She then said she could not arrive before 4pm. Had we known, we would have planned our arrival later. So we spent an hour in the store killing time. And on top of that, there’s no place to really drop luggage/groceries close to apartment. So pack light and don’t bother bringing groceries…which leads me to the next issue3) SUPER steep and narrow staircase leading to top floor where the apartment is. I had a friend arriving the last day but I had to just leave early because there is no way she would have made that climb. 4) Kitchen items…if you intend on using any dishware, you need to bring your own dish soap and sponges/towels. They have most things you need in the kitchen but no way to clean them. Chiara says that’s up to the owner what to provide and this owner chooses not to provide dish cleaning products (and there is no dishwasher). That may be why several of the existing dishes in the cabinet were dirty
