It is an independent apartment of 120 square meters. approximately on the 1st floor immersed in the countryside of the Po delta a few km from Venice and Ravenna a few km from the famous Adria karting raceway motorcycle track.
Large open space that includes the kitchen and living area with sofa and TV area, 2 bedrooms, one double with a separate bed and one with a French bed, a study and two bathrooms, one ensuite and one with a Jacuzzi . The apartment is designed to accommodate 5 people easily with the possibility of adjustments for any children.

Alptraum

Sehr netter Gastgeber in der vorhergehenden Kommunikation. Ankunft, freundlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung war ein Alptraum, Putz fiel von den Wänden, ein äußerst verkommendes Bad, aber das Schlimmste war der schwarze Schimmel unter der Decke in der Küche. Der Gastgeber wollte es nächsten Tag streichen lassen. Wir sind gar nicht eingezogen und sind sofort geflüchtet. Dieser Schimmel ist gesundheitsschädlich. Der Preis der Wohnung war, unabhängig vom Zustand, nicht annähernd angemessen. Die Umgebung um das Haus wirkte nicht landwirtschaftlich, sondern ungepflegt.
