    Explore the charming landscape on foot, by bike, or by car. Swim in the lake with its clear and clean water (there is even a sandy beach) and visit the Borromean Islands. Switzerland is only a few kilometers away, Lugano about 20 km, and Milan around 80 km away.

    Those who enjoy outlet shopping will find, for example, the large Foxtown outlet in Mendrisio (Switzerland, south of Lugano) or the world-famous company Alessi in I-28887 Crusinallo di Omegna (www.alessi.com

    Conveniently located: The house is situated halfway up a hill with lake views. At the foot of the hill there is a railway line, a train station, and part of a main road. Football enthusiasts can enjoy a perfect view of the pitch directly from the balcony.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal für zwei Wochen in der sehr schönen Unterkunft mit dem bezaubernden Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und es war wieder ein toller und erholsamer Familienurlaub. Mit unseren Kindern waren wir zum Baden in Cerro und Porto Valtravaglia und wir haben auch einige Ausflüge gemacht (Intra, Mailand, Borromäische Inseln, Pombia Park, Markt Luino). Alles ist gut zu erreichen und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist hervorragend. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Kleines Ferienhaus mit schönem Seeblick zu fairem Preis

Das Haus hatte alles, was nötig ist. Der Seeblick ist sehr schön, leider konnten wir die Terrasse nicht richtig genießen, weil das Wetter schlecht war. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber alles nötige war vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem und die Einrichtung ist gut. Nachts fahren ab und zu Züge in Sicht- und Hörweite vorbei, nicht sehr laut, aber doch ein bisschen störend. Im Ort und drum herum ist nicht viel los, auf der anderen Seite des Sees kann man mehr erleben. Wir haben deshalb ein paar Mal die Fähre von Laveno nach Intra/Verbania genommen.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir durften einen zweiwöchigen Familienurlaub mit unseren beiden Kindern (3 und 5 Jahre) in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus am Lago Maggiore verbringen. Besonders ist vor allem die traumhafte Aussicht auf den See von der überdachten Terrasse oder direkt vom Wohnzimmer aus. Die Ferienunterkunft war für uns sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle Geräte sind hochwertig, haben zuverlässig funktioniert und es ist alles genau so wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuverlässig, freundlich und die Kommunikation ist ebenfalls top. Wir haben vorab eine E-Mail mit sehr detaillierten Informationen zu der Unterkunft und der Umgebung vom Vermieter erhalten und das war wirklich super. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und die Lage war für uns ebenfalls sehr gut, da man überall mit dem Auto, den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Zug, Bus) hinkommt bzw. fußläufig den Ort erreichen kann. Der gelegentliche Verkehr der Straße hat uns nicht gestört. Wer die Borromäischen Inseln besuchen möchte, kann auch die Fähre im Ort nehmen. Für Kinder gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz im Ort aber auch in Cerro Beach. Besondere Erlebnisse waren für unsere Kinder das Baden im See sowie der Besuch des Safari Parkes in Pombia. Wir werden die vielen schönen Momente an diesem besonderen Ort immer in Erinnerung behalten! Das Ferienhaus und auch der Gastgeber sind sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein fast ideales Urlaubsdomizil

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaubsaufenthalt - was natürlich auch an der tollen Gegend und den vielfältigen Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen in der Nähe und rund um den Lago liegt. Wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs, konnten aber zu Fuß und auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (vom nahen Bahnhof aus) viel unternehmen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer kleinen, vom internen Verkehr her ruhigen Siedlung am Hang, mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Es ist klar, sehr praktisch und stilvoll eingerichtet. Küche und Bad sind klein, kompakt und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir im Urlaub benötigt hatten. Die Wohnung ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr ruhig. Bei geöffneten Fenstern oder beim Sitzen auf der Terasse war für uns der Verkehr von der Bahn und den Autos auf der SP 69 talwärts deutlich vernehmbar. Wir haben das fehlende W-Lan nicht vermisst, über das Vodafone-Netz hatten wir einen guten Empfang in der Wohnung. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und verbindlich.

Toller Urlaub mit vielen Eindrücken

Schon im Vorfeld hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt mit unserem Vermieter. Das kleine Haus war super ausgestattet, sauber, also alles was man braucht. Wir konnten viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen mit tollen Eindrücken, an denen wir noch lange zerren können. Auch die Entspannung kam nicht zu kurz. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Schöne Lage

Kleines Ferienhaus mit schöner Hanglage. Toller Blick auf den See. Schöne Terrasse. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Gute Elektrogeräteausstattung, wobei uns eine normale Kaffeemaschine lieber gewesen wäre als eine Nespresso Kapselmaschine. Wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Der Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß. Wir hatten selbst mit einem ausgewachsenem Van keine Probleme. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Also absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man diese Seite des Lago Maggiore mag.

Traumhafter Seeblick

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub zu zweit im Ferienhaus und am Seeblick konnten wir uns gar nicht satt sehen. Selbst vom Sofa kann man durch die große Schiebetür den See sehen. Die Ausstattung ist genau so wie beschrieben. Der Ort an sich liegt strategisch sehr gut in der Mitte des Ostufers. Man kann den Norden und Süden und auch die Westseite durch die nahe Fähre in Laveno in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Und was wir positiv finden ist, dass man zu Fuß in den Ort laufen kann, es ist nicht weit.

Tolles Panorama

Schöne Wohnung für 3 Personen mit hervorragendem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Vollständig eingerichtet mit teils hochwertigen Geräten. PKW-Stellplatz vielleicht etwas heikel zu erreichen, aber eher wie in dieser Gegend der Hanglage geschuldet. Anders als von verschiedenen Rezensenten geschildert auch mit PKW mit geringerer Bodenhöhe befahrbar - vielleicht mal vor dem Tor schwerere Gepäckstücke ausladen, dann geht das schon ....

Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage, mit Blick von Terrasse auf den Lago Maggiore. Im Ferienhaus alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Küche etwas klein, aber alles drin. Für uns 2 Personen mit Hund ausreichend.

Sehr schöner Ausblick.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und jeden Tag die phantastische Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore genossen. Sehr komfortabel war auch die Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine.
