Moradia Felicidade Rocha PXO is a charming 3-bedroom house located in Porto Santo, just an 8-minute walk from the beach. With a capacity for up to 7 people, it is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and tranquility on one of the most beautiful islands of Portugal.

The house features three bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, another with a double bed, and a third with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC on the ground floor. The social area includes a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing and sharing meals.

Outside, you can enjoy a lovely space with a barbecue, perfect for outdoor moments with family or friends. The garage is privately used by the owner, but free parking is available in front of the house. Firewood or charcoal for the barbecue is not provided.

AREA

The property is located just 8 minutes on foot from the beach, offering easy access to Porto Santo’s coastline. It is only 13 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car from the city center, close to various restaurants, shops, and local services. The location allows guests to enjoy the island's tranquility while also having quick access to everything the city center has to offer.

The center of Porto Santo features various points of interest, from the island's natural beauty to its cultural attractions and outdoor activities. It is an ideal place to explore, relax, and enjoy the best of the island, whether for nature walks or leisurely moments by the sea.

GETTING AROUND

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

INTERACTION

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Porto Santo. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
