"This is a lovely villa set in beautiful gardens with a good sized pool and plenty of parking. The location is very central - the beaches of Alykes and Alykansas are nearby and it is about 25 mins from the airport. Givenb what we paid for it, we were a little disappointed on arrival as the11th bed wasn't there and the kitchen was lacking in basics that we had previously found when renting villas eg there were no dishcloths,teatowels etc and only glass wine glasses to drink from which would not be a good idea with 5 children next to a swimming pool! However on contacting the rental company the owner was very quick to respond and provided everything we needed. Beds were quite hard but comfortable and the bedding was crisp and clean although some towels needed replacing. The pool was checked frequently and cleaned out, and rubbish was removed promptly. Some cleaning equipment such as a vacuum cleaner or dustpan and brush would have been useful although someone did come round to clean half way through the week which was nice to have clean linen. The property is advertised as having a "kitchenette" upstairs but the reality was this had nothing in it and we were told it was not useable. The other thing that might be useful to know is that the property is actually accessed from the side, driving through the entrance of a property that is being renovated rather than from the front/main road which caused us some confusion on arrival! "

"Miss Villa and her husband were such great hosts. The village of San Leon had amazing restaurants and everything a family could want . The houses were situated outside of the village, which was very peaceful and tranquil. The landscaping and outdoor areas were the best I’ve seen of any of the numerous hotels/ houses I’ve stayed at in Greece. Look forward to returning!"

"Absolutely amazing!!!! This is a beautiful property with an even more beautiful host and care taker. Check-in was seamless and welcoming. We have stayed in many places around Zante absolutely none are better than this home. The pool was large and in perfect condition. The outside space is everything that you would ever dream of and the view is world class. If you are looking for a welcoming host and beautiful home pick this one. This was an absolute perfect stay! "The building is by a busy road, and the old window does not help to keep any sound out and make you feel that you sleep on the street with cars passing by."

"Brilliant location, nice and quiet yet close to most attractions and some very nice restaurants. Beautiful villa great pool it was perfect in all ways for our family. "

"The villa is set in a small, gated community of 5 villas.completely secluded, not overlooked and very quiet .We were met by Fania, the manager who lives on site, and who talked us through the villa etc.We arrived late and hungry and Fania kindly rang local restaurants to see if anyone was still open.An electric bbq was available on request, which was cleaned for us after each use, we even had our bins emptied and beds made each day by Katrina.The walk to the nearest village is 20 minutes down a steep hill with a couple of nice restaurants.We can highly recommend San Leon, who stayed open until 11pm to feed us! They also have a Greek night every Friday, which is good fun.The villa is quite central so most journeys took 30 mins. You will definitely need a car.Lovely stay in a great villa, can highly recommend "
