"Generally my stay was very nice - with a comfortable room, a quaint little town with gorgeous beaches within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious! I very much enjoyed staying with Luca and his family (and learnt much Italian!) - although I think the listing could be clearer that this is the situation."

"Positives were late check in, nice kitchen, owner tried to be helpful. Negatives were drive going into it was washed out and like a two track, hard to find, dangerous driveway exiting, poor bed (sags into middle), chemical order on sheets and they were stained."

"When I arrived and saw the property in person, I left immediately: the room was too small to accommodate a double bed and a dining table at the same time (I would have had to eat outside even on rainy days), so I went camping: the bed wasn't a bed but a camp bed with a sagging mattress, placed next to the entrance door. The kitchen in the anteroom, opposite the bathroom door (80cm), I don't think is even hygienic. I wrote to the owner, who accused me of throwing a tantrum (note that I had...
