it is an apartment in a 75m2 single-family villa.

allows you to park your vehicle for free in up to 2 parking spaces.

Inside there is a large living room equipped with a table with 4 chairs and a comfortable sofa where you can relax and read a book, watch a film, listen to music or perhaps play some of the board games made available to you. From the living room you can look out onto a large balcony to enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, have a nice drink lying on comfortable armchairs, enjoying the beautiful sun of our beloved land.
Inside the living room there is: a fully equipped kitchenette consisting of cooker, oven, microwave, sink, fridge-freezer, various pieces of furniture with drawers for dishes, cutlery, glasses.
In the sleeping area two comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms:
• a double room, consisting of a wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a shoe rack.
• a second bedroom equipped with a single bed and a bridge sofa bed.
Adjacent to the two bedrooms are 2 bathrooms, of which:
• 1 bathroom complete with: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink.
• 1 bathroom equipped with: shower cubicle, sink, toilet and first aid kit.
Both bathrooms have telephones, hand and underwear soap, shampoo, shower gel and shower caps.
In the corridor there is a shelf equipped with various detergents for cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets for those who may not like air conditioning.
Outdoors and indoors at about 20 m. In the apartment there are 3 medium-sized dogs. They do not belong to "Stella Marina" but to those who live in the villa.

The apartment is located in an absolutely quiet area exposed on the north side with sea view, the rest is surrounded by terraced houses. About 3 km away, you can visit our town "Porto Empedocle", a historic place that absolutely deserves a visit, where you can enjoy excellent delicacies from bars, bakeries and restaurants and so on. The port, in addition to offering good fresh local fish, is also known for those who wish to visit the islands of Linosa and Lampedusa ( just 8 hours away by ship and 4 hours by hydrofoil ).
Several minutes away you will have the opportunity to visit enchanting places such as: our local beaches, the wonderful and well-known Scala dei Turchi (4 km), the beaches of Realmonte, Siculiana, Eraclea Minoa, Punta Bianca nature reserve, Capo Rossello, Maddalusa , San Leone etc... About 15 minutes (10 km) from our structure you can visit the famous Valley of the Temples located near the city of Agrigento to visit the temple of Concordia, Juno, Hercules and other historical wonders, the garden of Kolympetra, the archaeological museum, the cathedral of San Gerlando, Santa Maria dei Greci, the Abbey of Santo Spirito and many other historical wonders.
