The three-room apartment stands on the ground floor of a vacation home complex and is introduced by a veranda furnished with table and chairs, perfect for spending time and relaxing outdoors.
The interior is simple and cozy. The entrance is into a living room with table, chairs and TV. Next to it is the kitchenette, as well as a small laundry room.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with single beds 1 full shower room. Air conditioning is located in the hallway of the sleeping area.

Residence Le Terrazze is located in Colle Azzurro, just outside the center of Porto Cesareo, a scenic and quiet residential area that allows you to reach the sea in a few minutes.
The lively center with all commercial and personal services is about 2 km away, while the first equipped beaches are 700 meters away, along the stretch of coastline that joins Porto Cesareo to its most famous hamlet: Torre Lapillo.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Bathroom has no window.
- Air conditioning in the hallway of the sleeping area.
