holiday home is introduced by a porch with gate. It opens into a
corridor which leads to the large living room with open kitchen, dining
area, sofa and tv. It has access to the yard at the back with outdoor
shower.
The sleeping area consists of 1 triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed and 1 double bedroom with window on the living room. The full bathroom is accessible from the double bedroom.

beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. The holiday home is 400 meters
away from the city centre of Torre Lapillo and a beach. The closest
beach establishment is 850 meters away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the triple bedroom and in the living area.
