Bilo Grigio is a holiday home for rent in Porto Cesareo. It`s surrounded by a big garden that it shares with two other units, Blu and Rosso, which Villa Giò is divided into. The villa is 5 minutes away from the sea, it`s fenced and it has a gazebo with sofas, barbecue and parking space. Bilo Grigio accommodates up to 4 guests. Pets are not allowed.

villa has two entrances: the pedestrian entrance and the car entrance
that takes to the inner parking space. The three holiday homes are
surrounded by a big garden with gazebo with sofa and a built-in
barbecue.
Bilo Grigio consists of a living room with open kitchen, television and sofa bed for two guests, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower but no bidet. The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, mosquito nets on doors and windows and a washing machine which is shared with the other two units.

Bilo Grigio is one of the three units for rent of Villa Giò, is in the countryside of Porto Cesareo,
near the coast. It`s 1.5 kilometers away from the sea La Strea, while
the closest beach establishments are 5 kilometers away. Porto Cesareo is
3.5 kilometers away while Sant`Isidoro is 5 kilometers away.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- Shared barbecue, washing machine, garden and external shower.
- Bathroom has no bidet.
