"Chambre propre avec jolie déco, balcon donnant sur un jardin. Hôtel proche de la plage à pied. Les chambres manquent un peu d'isolation si les voisins sont bruyants. Juste dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas rechargé une fois un aliment terminé alors qu'il reste encore du temps avant la fin du petit déjeuner. "

"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication.
It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."
