"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"Host tried to full blown scam us. Was almost left without a villa, fortunately we knew locals who were able to threaten the host police action so eventually got a new house after losing a day and an insane amount of stress / back and forth. Would not recommend under any circumstance. Lost a night, 2 bed rooms, and have not been able to get a refund yet. Would have been completely homeless without our local friends as host was sketchy leading up and went completely dark day of check in. Total...
