Every detail at woodlark is so perfectly thought out, I was beyond impressed with every single detail!! They didn’t leave one thing out, and everyone that works within the hotel was so incredibly kind and helpful. 12/10 will always come back to woodlark when in Portland for such an unforgettable stay. We were on the second floor street side and garbage pickup for the city took place at 5:30am. I am very hard of hearing and the noise woke me up and continued for some time. Not good. The modernization of this hotel was done well, there are some deficiencies but the rate was excellent value for a full service downtown hotel.

The property was maintained to the highest standards. The room was spacious and wonderfully appointed. Staff were helpful regarding our inquiries for the upcoming wedding of our son and provided opportunities to increase hotel activities during the wedding weekend.

The coffee shop downstairs is convenient but what I enjoyed the most were the delicious items from their bakery of choice.

This is a gem of a hotel. Double rooms are small but well appointed. Lovely cocktail lounge and restaurant. Welcoming and relaxing lobby. Lovely staff. Great, walkable location. Excellent value.

The staff were very nice. They were so patience with me and my friend. I didn’t recognize that we have to pay for the breakfast (it was my part didn’t read the explanation well)

Everything was Fantastic once we checked in. Parking/Valet was quite tricky initially with no space along any nearby streets to park but we called the front desk and they were very helpful and gave further instruction.

Very cool, hip hotel in a decent area. No amentities, however both restaurants and the coffee shop on-site were very good. Rooms were small but really well furnished. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Great location, super clean, and good food. The only thing is valley parking is so expensive. We travel from San Francisco and we don’t even pay that in California. But overall all I did enjoy our stay very much.

Comfortable, eco-friendly stay
Nice, clean hotel in an historic building. Dispute being built in the early 1900s, after renovation the hotel is very modern. Nicely decorated for the holiday season. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the use of some vanity items made from recycled materials, a water conservation toilet, and the bathroom lights being motion activated, shutting off when not in use. Coffee was not available in the room but down in the lobby with a nice selection of pastries.

The house of welcome, indeed! Loved the gracious and truly friendly staff, beautiful amenities, and complimentary martinis were a special touch. The rooms are on the smaller size as the bed takes up the entire room (we had the superior king) but it made for a cozy stay.

Have stayed here multiple times and love it everytime. So clean and cute and the staff is excellent. Tried the restaurant for the first time and it was delicious.
