This two bedroom family home is right in the middle of Lake Oswego in a very quiet neighborhood. 3 blocks to George Rogers Park and New Seasons market. One block to Freepons park. All bedroom furniture is brand new featuring 2 king beds. You will love the gathering spaces in the home, watching TV in the warmth of the gas fireplace. Brand new outdoor covered patio. This house was wonderful! We were visiting family in the area and this place was a perfect home base. It is exactly as described — clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, quiet. The location is great. Easy walk to coffee, a great grocery store, and parks. Highly recommend staying here!

This house was the most amazing home ever. It felt like a home and welcoming and friendly and comfortable, it was like I was home. Family Visit

This house is wonderful! We had family in town and needed more space and this was perfect! The house is sparkling clean, the beds are very comfortable and it is well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need, with beautiful appliances. The bathrooms are gorgeous and there is a nice laundry room. The location is great, it's quiet and the house is very close to a wonderful grocery store and lots of shops and restaurants in downtown Lake Oswego. We will definitely use this house again when our family returns. Thank you Rod for being an amazing host!

Wonderful House in LO

Fabulous house with nice yard and outdoor television for movie nights! Rod was very responsive and I highly recommend this place. Very nicely located and within walking distance to George Rogers park. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent stay

We stayed at the Spruce st property for 3 days while taking my kid to college. The house was well appointed and clean. I loved the outdoor space complete with large screen TV. The kitchen was just the right size and we loved gas stove. The bed rooms were clean and very comfortable. The master bath had a huge bathtub which we really enjoyed.

Perfect girls get-away

Loved our VRBO experience. We’re 4 over 65ers meeting from across the country. This home was perfect! Everything you needed and extra clean. We used fire pit and kitchen a lot. The beds were SO comfortable. The Lake Oswego area was so enjoyable that we didn’t do much sitting but enjoyed the beautiful lake and area. Thanks Rod…. We will stay again!
