Wish I had more time in this spot! Awesome walkability to restaurants, coffee shops, bars and more. The backyard felt like a private oasis. Mark was a great hose and even provided a delicious croissant recommendation. I’ve been to Portland prior to this trip, but if I come back, this would be my first choice.

Lovely, modern place in a great location

We had a great stay at this place. The house is modern with a well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. There’s a terrific back deck that was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and relaxing outside in the evenings. Location is good - a short walk to the Old Port but in a nice, more residential neighborhood with plenty of its own good restaurants. It’s also convenient to a lot of great running trails. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great Portland stay

A great stay in our favorite neighborhood in Portland. Mark’s apartment was a bright and comfortable space in a perfect location for an easy getaway weekend. Would love to stay here again when we inevitably visit Portland again in the future.

This apartment was very clean, modern, and fairly private, located on a quite street, but still close enough to walk to shops, cafes, breweries. Only about half a mile from downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

We loved our stay in Munjoy Hill at Mark's VRBO property! It was super clean and modern and in a fantastic location. We were able to walk all over the city from here! Close to so many great restaurants. It was also super private--loved the little deck off the back and the changing leaves. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for a weekend in Portland

Property was modern, comfortable and spotless. As this was our first time in Portland, we were unfamiliar with the city but this location is close to everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Prefect Stay

The apt looks brand new and is very clean. Beautiful large windows in the family room and kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen had everything you would need. After a fun day of exploring it was the perfect place to come home too. Easy drive to Old Port, Victoria Mansion and Cape Elizabeth. Would stay here again.

Sheridan Street, Portland

Location was perfect for me. I could walk everywhere including Back Cove, Eastern Promenade, downtown, the Old Port and Deering Oaks Park. Congress bus filled the gap on rainy days. Portland is the perfect getaway for southerners during the heat of the summer, with temps typically in the 70’s. The property is gorgeous with a panoramic view from floor-to-ceiling windows along one side. Fully equipped with most up-to-date dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, etc. Host could not have been more supportive.

Excellent Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Modern Oasis. The Munjoy Hill area is spectacular. The apartment is modern and extremely well-equipped. Kitchen was great. Mark was responsive and very helpful. We had a wonderful time in Portland and would stay here again if we return.
