Welcome to our modern and stylish newly constructed Duplex! Centrally located in the heart of NE Portland with easy airport access and all that Northeast Portland has to offer. This welcoming space features new appliances, open living space, and prime location.
Located steps away from New Seasons (convenient grocery shopping) and other areas such as Alberta Arts District, you`ll never run out of things to do or places to go.
This duplex does have a shared backyard with other tenants.
This two bedroom duplex will have everything you need for your Portland trip. The units comes with self check-in, free street parking, and plenty of amenities. Plus a convenient location within walking distance to several popular restaurants, bars, and coffee shops + more. This is an ideal home base to explore Portland.
❋BEDROOMS❋ There are two bedrooms located upstairs in the unit. One features a king size bed while the other features a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have their own privacy and bathrooms conveniently located within.
❋BATHROOMS❋ This unit does feature 2.5 baths. The master bedroom has it`s own bathroom with a full bath tub, while the guest bedroom has it`s own bathroom with a stand in shower. Downstairs you will also find a half bath that is located next to the kitchen/living room area.
❋BACKYARD/SHARED SPACE❋ Since this is a duplex, the backyard space is technically a shared space even though the other unit is fenced off to itself. The unit this listing resides in however does hold the garbage bins for both units, so on occasion you might see a guest or a cleaner head back there to dispose of some trash.
You will have access to the entirety of Unit A
• Unit B is off limits • The backyard is a shared space • Street parking can get busy closer to holidays (due to close proximity of grocery store) • Please don`t wear your shoes on any carpeted areas • Quiet hours are from 11PM-7AM • Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (4 guests)

Honestly, this was one of the best Vrbos that I have had the pleasure to stay it. It was superclean, organized and had lovely bedding, towels and things we needed (coffe, creamer, sugar, etc). It was a peaceful place that provided access to all that I wanted and needed.
Excellent stay! We would not hesitate to book again. Property was super clean, organized and well stocked. Great coffee/tea setup. Very bright and cheerful.
