This seems to be a low income apartment building more than a hotel. Dog hair everywhere inthe carpeted areas. Barking dogs and screaming people all night. Very near lits of homeless camps and graffiti everywhere. Do yourself a favor and DON’T!!!!

First of all don't ask for extra towels!! With a language barrier I left towels outside door in hallway because they will not give you another towel unless you exchange it for a dirty one they only supply 2 as it is. Went to the front desk explaining the situation and the employee there was rude did not believe that I left towels outside the door in the hallway and in not so many words accused me of lying I offered for employee to check my room for the towels and he said I guess I have to take your word for it. Rooms don't come with everything described in listing after the towel incident I was terrified to ask for extra pillows was only supplied with 2. 600/week in not the best area is a good price for the room however the customer service could be better. I've never stayed at a hotel/motel that was so crazy about asking for extra towels. Had packages delivered and signed for by someone at the desk that somehow disappeared. The rooms are spacious with separate kitchenette/dining area like a cute studio apartment. There's a diverse range of guests and everyone was friendly enough secure underground parking and some employees are better than others. Don't ask for extra towels or pack yourself one or two as they do have laundry machines available for use. Nice to have the option to store and cook food although no pots, pans, dishes or utensils are provided as the description stated. One room had no stove in it had to be moved so I could have one but was downgraded in bed size

Room was dirty and did not look like the pictures on Expedia or the Motel 6 website. There are no utensils, plates are broken, two pots that were not clean. Bedding was dirty, the bed and bed frame were broken, the entire room and property smelled like a meth lab. The staff is rude and the front desk staff older male that is there from 2p-10p was very creepy tried getting in my room multiple nights. One night walking my dog he asked me when I would be back and what I was doing that night while looking me up and down and making grunting noises. He would also walk around with a Bluetooth speaker playing loud music and barking at dogs through the doors of rooms. After 10p there is no staff there so if there is an issue there is no one to contact. I had to get my key card reactivated daily. When checking in they don’t tell you their is a no visitor policy after 10p until they take your money and they will not refund you when you tell them you don’t feel safe or that what they advertised is not what you got. It is very loud at night and people let their dogs run around in the hall and poop on the floor when the staff is informed that there is a mess they tell you to pick it up yourself. The pool is green and nasty looking it was too cold to want to swim anyway but still disgusting and regularly there is no hot water when reported to the owner one day I was told I need to plan my showers better and said to just ignore people trying to get in at night.

At first when you drive up it's a little shocking, the place has been run down for years obviously it needs an overhaul. However when you get inside the rooms are spacious they are sweets they could use a little bit more furniture but overall I had the best rest I've had in a long time.

I booked this hotel the same day as arrival. When I arrived there was no heat or electricity and there was yellow tape everywhere…warning of ice? As it was freezing I rebooked at another location and cancelled the reservation. I was charged for the full 4 nights and the manager refused to give a refund. I never checked in so should not have to pay anything.

Trash everywhere. Awful hotel run by awful people
It is hard to put into words how atrocious this establishment is. I had to book it because I was scheduled to move into my apartment but could no longer do so because my flight had been delayed. When I walked into the room, there was a plate with wet dog food in the middle of the floor, pizza boxes stacked in a corner, other trash all over, and the bed was not made. Clearly they had not touched the room at all after the previous guests, but were still happy to steal my money by offering me the room. I had been traveling for 13 hours with my cat so I immediately left to find a new hotel, so unfortunately I did not remember to take pictures of this comically disgusting hotel. I tried to get a refund because they clearly had not prepared my room whatsoever but they refused to refund me. This place is essentially a scam - they are happy to take your money even though they do not provide the service of an acceptable hotel room. I can not emphasize enough, DO NOT STAY HERE. Garbage hotel run by garbage people.

Heater did not keep room above 50 degrees. Windows cracked. TV got a couple of stations with no sound on one of the few. Staff sits behind bullet proof glass and wouldnt bring blankets when requested. Avoid this place like the plague.

This was objectively the worst stay we've ever had. Hotels ended up refunding our stay + paying the difference for the last minute hotel we needed to book. The office does close at 11pm despite conflicting information here that it's midnight - they will be gone by 11pm and then you need to call off-site security to come let you in (took us ~30ish minutes). Once we got in the room and settled, the smoke detector started going off and there was no way to get a hold of any hotel staff, even using the information Hotels had which should have been a 24/7 line. We switched to another hotel for that night. When we returned the next day, it took an hour to get maintenance to our room for the still beeping smoke detector around noon. We also realized our room had a dirty bed, flickering lights, no tv service, one plate and set of utensils (the kitchen was why we booked here), and a nauseating smoke smell (despite being a non-smoke hotel). We ended up changing rooms while they worked on our original. The new room had nothing in it for the kitchen and was dirty (sticky stuff on table and floor). I asked for kitchenware and the coffee maker from the first room along with cleaning supplies - was met with a smirk like I was asking for too much, and received the kitchen stuff but no cleaning supplies. A few more hours in the new room and the smoke smell was getting to us and we just had to leave - so we didn't make it a single night of this one week stay. Not worth the cheap cost.

The place has roaches. Being a housing situation where I was desperate for a place for my grandparents to go, unfortunately we couldn't afford to be picky and stayed. We paid for 15 days and 3 days in the staff kicked my grandparents out for "cigar smoke". My grandparents dont smoke cigars. Regardless, we happily packed up left and demanded a refund. One of the staff even refused a refund and I had to speak with Studio 6 customer service in order to get our refund. We sprayed everything with vinegar and shook everything out in order not to carry roaches with us. I would definitely say this is a one-star hotel, if that, and would not recommend this place to anybody.

Trainee needs to know how to deal with reservations before touching them. Cancelled my reservation and charged me for the hotels price for 2 nights. Then when confronted about it he laughed shaking his head. We asked for a coffee pot and they never gave us one after telling us that house keeping will bring one. House keeping refused to give us clean towels and bedding cause they are afraid of dogs to the point i was washing hotel bedding and towels just to have clean towels and bedding.

This hotel is old and kind of worn out but we could see where they are trying to renovate here and there.This is not in a family friendly neighborhood..lots of street action going on throughout the night. The behind the counter service was excellent. our first couple of rooms had countertop burners with no knobs. He kept checking rooms until he found one with all the goods and because we had told him i would be having surgery the next morning and recovering there for 5 days he said if it got noisy or the street traffic too loud to just let him know and he would find us a more suitable room. For the price this room was great. Nothing fancy just clean and quiet.
