A New Spot in Sellwood
Rentals in Sellwood are hard to come by and hotels close by are non-existant. Was several blocks away from our family's home so this worked out great . Sellwood is a cool , special place and this property puts you right in the middle of all . Clean , easy access , cozy , comfortable beds best describe this oasis . Thanks

Perfect home!
This house was perfectly clean and well maintained. One of the AC units malfunctioned while we were staying there and the management company was extremely responsive and fixed it right away. The home had all the amenities we needed. The backyard was so comfortable and relaxing. It was nice to be walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available!.

Wonderful neighborhood
The house was wonderful and perfectly placed. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in one bedroom was broken. We had to follow up on this a few times through out the stay. It was not able to be fixed. I loved the property but had to ask for some compensation due to the air conditioner problem (it was leaking on the bed). I feel they should have immediately offered something without me asking.

We did feel compensation was in order after we resolved this issue in order to help elevate your stay with us. Spring visit
Another enjoyable visit to the Sellwood neighborhood. This is our second time staying here. Comfortable accommodations and the close proximity to many great restaurants and shopping are the reasons for coming back. Management company is very responsive to any issues that may arise. We’ll be back!!

Sellwood retreat
The rental was extremely clean and comfortable. It's new, and all the furnishings are as well. We were provided with adequate kitchen accessories, t.p., towels, etc. I highly recommend this home.

Family gathering
A great home base for a long weekend in Portland for my family (me my wife and daughter) to visit our youngest our daughter who attends Reed college. The accommodations were very comfortable and the up and down layout provided plenty of space for the 4 of us. Sellwood neighborhood has many great dining and shopping offerings. We look forward to staying here again on future visits.

Great location, basic and clean
The location and neighborhood is great, very walkable and convenient with lots of good parking close by. The beds were not a fave (very squishy) and we could have used some kitchen essentials go help us get settled (there was no salt/pepper or any spices/oil) . I had assumed (incorrectly) that a pdx rental would have good coffee to get our visit off to a good start, but there are lots of good coffee spots close by. Other than those little inconveniences, the accommodations were comfy and convenient.

Fabulous stay close to everything!
The property is as-described, sweet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Easy check in and check out, well appointed unit. Will definitely stay there again!

Great quiet location in Sellwood. Good parking. A pretty basic place, no frills. Sparsely decorated. The beds were comfy. Unfortunately the upstairs Air Conditioning in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. The management company sent several texts asking for a 5 star review but when I let them know about the issue they said that they would be right on it and I never heard from them again so 4 nights one room was so unbearable hot. Also lots of old food in the pantry so that was kind of gross. All in all location and quiet factor rates a 5, decor a 3 and management company a 1.

Perfect Stay!
My family and I came to Portland to celebrate my daughter's college graduation at Lewis and Clark. This was a perfect rental for us as we were 4 people. It was close to everything and the neighborhood is super cute. Check-in/check-out super simple and everything you could need was in the unit including washer and dryer. You even have you own outside deck that is separate from owners (though obviously within the same property). We had a great tie and would definitely sty here again.

Family Weekend
We had a great time visiting family in Sellwood. The place was easy to access, very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. There was enough space for us to gather inside - wish the rain would have let up so we could use the nice patio. All in all, it was a lovely stay and we would stay here again.

Just off fun 13th
Beautiful brand new high end two story was great thank you! I loved my bed in the front bedroom , the electric lounge sofa and provided coffee! I could walk the fun neighborhood and to everything on 13th: Grand central bakery, Sunnys pizza, bottle up, Jade , and Ginos. Sellwood parks and Rhododendron park are near by as is the bike trail for the city. Thank you!!

Perfect little spot
I came to Portland specifically for an appointment in Sellwood. It was lovely being able to ride public transportation directly from the airport to one block away from the property, and to have shops and restaurants all along SE 13th street within walking distance of my destination and the home. I was thrilled to find something affordable in the area and it was extremely convenient. The fact that the house is blue made it easy enough to know the house from the street, even at night. And it was stocked with virtually every incidental (cleaning supplies, baking ingredients, condiments, etc.) I felt very at home in the cozy space and would absolutely come back again!

My son and I stayed for a week, while he needed to be "on college campus", but not in dorms
Great space/layout for our needs. We spent time working remotely, and we each had our own space for this, and sleep, but a large comfortable area downstairs for cooking, eating, and chilling. Neighborhood was quiet, residential, with commercial just 150 yards down the road. Great neighborhood and setting.

Our weekend trip
We stayed here to enjoy the outside events in Sellwood. Beautiful neighborhood and lots to do! We honestly really enjoyed our stay. The house was a guest house but it was so quiet and didn’t even notice it was a guest House, so much privacy. Beautiful home!
